Manna Offshore LLC is a provider of Oil and Gas Project Management, technical consultancy and business development services, established in 2019.
We build partnerships between local companies and international technical firms for joint offshore execution, provide engineering and technical personnel support to international clients, and open new markets for US companies. Chevron Angola Block “0” well decommissioning
Developed the proposal and provided bid/estimating support, vessel acquisition from Seacor and dry tow of the asset from the USA to Angola. Hamad Energy was awarded a 5-year contract; Manna leads project management post-award.
